The Reiki Cafe 

I have just done my Reiki 1st degree and my Teacher gave me a copy of a guided Reiki CD, she has just made and I wanted to share with you, it is so beautiful, and more than just relaxing music.

I asked her about music specifically for Reiki and she told me there were quite a few out there which have timed pings but her new one also has NLP healing phrases and it is fantastic!!! I have been using it for three weeks now and would recommend it to anyone.

Another good one is Marsha Burack's "Heal Yourself with Reiki" guided self treatment. www.reikihealinginstitute.org. I've used it in all my R1 classes.
