The Reiki Cafe 

A while ago a friend of mine told me about Hypnotheropy and after seeing an advertisement in the paper I decided to try it out (mostly for getting myself out of a lack of energy rut and for loosing a few pounds). I was really impressed. If you are in or around NYC, I would highly recommend this guy (Richard Hickman). His son set up a web site to sell recorded Hypnotheropy sessions. It's very much like guided meditaion and it has really had an effect on me. I would highly recomend it. Check out the site at:
