Learn Reiki, an ancient form of Touch Therapy. Reiki is a non-invasive hands-on healing technique that induces relaxation. Reiki works on the physical, mental and emotional levels, assisting the healing process and restoring balance to the body and mind.
In Level 1 you will learn the history, principles, self healing, meditation, what an attunement is and its effects, plus plenty of time for hands on practice. Whether you want to practice on yourself, friends and family or eventually become a practitioner Reiki 1 will be a great foundation.

Classes are held in central Calgary. Class is Friday evening from 7 – 9pm and Saturday from 10 – 5pm. Your investment is $165. A $50 deposit is required. All materials are included. Come learn in a supportive and nurturing environment.
The Teachers: Reiki Masters Deborah Hollins and Shelly Karbonik
Deborah received her Degree in Social Work from the University of Calgary. She has worked with troubled families, trauma survivors, has been a counselor and group facilitator. Deborah is a trained allied professional in Integrative Body Psychotherapy (IBP) and is a Reiki Master.
Shelley Karbonik completed her Bachelor of Arts in Education Degree from the University of Lethbridge. She is a trained Core Connexion facilitator using dance and movement as a healing art in addition to her study as a Reiki Master.
