- Thursday evenings, the individual Distance Ketsueki-kokan clearing practice will again be available for anyone interested (it is free)

- for those who are new to the practice I will gladly E-mail some discussion of the K-K (also, any past participants who wish to re-read the discussion of K-K just let me know and I will re-send info)
