The Reiki Cafe 

A while back, someone posted a URL which gave state laws regarding the practice of Reiki (i.e. which states require you to have a massage therapist license, and which don't). I would appreciate it if anyone knows the link, to please post it again.

The last update to this site was in 2001. Not sure if that means that nothing has changed since then or the posted information may not be current. I did attempt to contact them several months ago when I was unable to view a link but never heard back. Would be interested in knowing if this site is kept updated...a very valuable resource to have.
