I was hardput to find how to title what I want to say. Last night was a time of finding conclusions to many spiritual avenues for me.
1) In the area of the music i write, for a month now, when I receive a melody, and get it recorded, I continue receiving variations on the same theme, variations in the rhytms, etc. For instance, most of it is 6/8 time. Some flow in a smooth movement from one main point to the second like a sideways figure eight. Some lend themselves to a soft rock and roll with a skip in the 5 beat within the 6 which creates a rocking chair kind of rhythm (I do not really know rock and roll being too old). Some 6/8 can also be played as a waltz. And when played as a waltz by taking the first three beats then the next three. This usually is far too slow. Uusally, it results when there is an accent felt in the fifth beat rather than the fourth. I have questioned myself as to the authenticity of all of this as coming from my source, Was my brain getting caught up in it and contaminating it all. Last night my awareness came that this is the way of the Holy. With the Holy all things are possible and acceptable. The outcome of it all is preference. In my music, I end up preferring one may be out of all the others. What works.
2) In a reply to a friend about her being fire energy, I became aware of a deeper knowing of how fire and air work. Those high in fire energy are bombarded by questions with a consuming need to find the only succint answer that satisfies the whole of it for them, a bull's eye mark. Those of us working air energy, do this same thing but from beneath the surface, so that we are seldom fully conscious of the activity until up comes the single root of the whole matter as succinct as the bull's eye but felt more like the core of the matter. This conclusion has come after searching from 1973 until now, thirty years of search! What works.
3) In reiki, how the hand positions given us start with the four head positions. Beginning with the eyes which cover also the forehead. I reviewed how the energy comes into the body from the Universe through the pineal center, moves down to the root area, circles up through the front centers and outflow from the pituitary out the forehead. When the forehead center is blocked, energy backs up, one is energy constipated so to speak. So the first Reiki position, clears this center so that outflow is open first. Next the position centers on the inflow through the pineal. Thus with these two working well, the positions continue clearing from the top down in order that blockages do not occur by back log. I had not seen this before last night. What works.
4) I also felt the conclusion of a quandary over the optimal value of adhering to the ancient spiritual teachings and the current spiritual teachings. I concluded that ancient is not better simply because it is ancient. Nor is current better simply because it is current. I am free to know that what is current teachings, that is, within this generation, is geared to this generation's situations and state of growth. What works!
A lot of roots gathered in one night in rapid succession. Are others of you involved in this also?
