After reading sll the posts from so many of you that show how you deal with recurring anger, I recall how we were doing the same thing in my group. Our leader heard us, the same way I read you all, then she astounded us by saying, anger is ego.

There was no way we could understand that. How? These were our feelings.

No. she said. This is ego.

You are love and only love. Everything that is not love is ego.

It took us weeks, even months, of working with this before we got it!

What Holobon says, is exactly how I learned from Lazaris. So it was a very long time before I could separate myself from everything that is not love.
