while I was crocheting, my mind was free wheeling and out of the blue, I saw in my field of vision, a person feeling his feelings about someone else and in it all he began to judge. Immediately, a little person like a tiny elf or fairy, appeared in his field of vision, and stood there looking back at him. I thought at the same time, "judge not lest you be judged".

Dear Finality,
That is a powerful visual!
Feelings are often attached to judgements. I cant imagine any person being totally nonjudgemental. Those that walk a nonjudgemental path perhaps learn to recognize their judgements as they appear and work at detaching from them. Most of us dont get that far.

Yes, we are attemplting that very t hing. It starts by paying attention to the words we use. No better thans, no bests. A word can imply a judgement. Bad, and good. I will list some more as they occur to me.
