Raising one's spiritual energy

Otoharo!

What I am saying is not new but I decided to make a topic so new people could join us.

We were given tasks to do that help raise our energy level. The first one was drumming. Start with an earth drum made by a Native American or by yourself with coaching of a Native American. (I could not buy one and settled for an Irish drum using tympany stick.)

The Chulan beat is 3 beats in the space of 2. that is the regular ONE two three four, becomes ONE two three four five six all within the same duration or measure. Once you get the rhythm, then beat it for as long at a time as your muscles allow. I used to beat out in a forest or down on a river or beach. Once I camped out on a river beach for three weeks. During that time, I drummed all day every day that I could. there came a time that the energy flashed and sparkled like crazy. when I shared this in my group, Xaris said it was the energy of the Real world (which is what we called fourth density). She admonished me to bring that into this world. So I am sharing it now in this way.

I do not maintain that beat all the time, that is why I am still third density being. But drumming and toning are helping me to get there.

Besides this, we were given diet changes. these are very important because diet affects body rhythm. At first we could eat no beef or other mammal. Then a year or so later we could eat no fish or chicken either. No meat of any kind, not even in gravey.

To offset the need for protein we were given many other souces.

Dairy products must be fermented. thus yogurt, kifir, and cottage cheese are good.

Milk is not digestible by humans. However, the bacteria in yogurt make milk quite usable. So we added lots of yogurt daily. Goat being preferable. Yogurt needs to be homemade.

I make mine by buying organic whole milk, half gallon, and a small plain yogurt batch. I warm the milk to just above 100 degrees or luke warm. add three tablespoons of the yogurt for each quart of milk. (after this, I do not buy the yogurt but save six tablespoons for the next batch.)

Once I have made yogurt, I make cream cheese. I make mine by first laying a muslin towel over a colander that sits in a large mixing bowl. Pour the yogurt into the muslin and periodically drain off the whey. This is a wonderful drink. After a couple of days of draining, It has become cream cheese that is out of this world!

Thus we added homemade yogurt and cream cheese daily in large quantities. All dairy products are organic, goat when possible, and fermented in some way. Cottage cheese made from unpasteurized milk is perfect. Fermentation as well as bacteria of yogurt make milk digestable.

Nuts are also very high in Protein. Almonds and Walnuts. ten almonds equal a serving of meat. I blend mine and add to yogurt mixes and other dishes. My breakfast is a bowl of yogurt, with fresh or frozen berries, honey to taste, ground nuts, (I add also, lecithin, nutritional yeast, oat bran).

All fruits and vegetables are organic. Grown in organic soil, and heirloom quality. For instance, scarlet runner beans are excellent. Most other beans have been genetically altered.

I can really tell a difference since I have been on this diet for several years.

there were other things but I can not bring them to memory at this time. I will add as they come.

What kept eluding me was this. Early one, years ago we began making Kumbuchi tea, out of black tea and a yeast we called mushroom. Many of you likely drink this. Much later we changed this to green tea which is called Manchurian tea. Lately I have been making this with honey. the taste is alluring.

Dear Finality,

Now I understand what you mean by fourth density. In language that other people on this board would understand, it means "having fullly risen kundalini", kundalini being a specific energy system. In Christian terms, it's called the "Christ Conciousness". I'm going through much the same thing after having read "A Course in Miracles".

Blessings,
Roxy

I can not accept your terms. I don't think spiritual energy is based in the physical body at all.

Dear Finality,

Kundalini may be "in" the body, but it's not "of" the body.

Roxy, you may be perfectly right, I just do not know those terms nor do we ever use them. I have never done anything related to the kundilini, knowingly. I do know that Urantia says that we can hear our Higher Self when the kunidini is as high as the throat. I have always hear her. So maybe I was born that way.

Dear Finality,

It's quite all right, I realize you don't understand that term. And I don't expect you to use it. It does, however, help me understand what you mean by fourth density.

Roxy

I think I have done that and I am still third density. Fourth denstiy Is another level of being human, it is the space or domain beyond time and is closely related to the fifth which is beyond space. I can not think in these terms, I just know they exist.

By-the-way, creativity is the closest way I know of besides meditation for getting there.

Dear Finality,

From what I've read about kundalini, and in the Course of Miracles, such conciousness doesn't last forever....except in very rare cases. As for what the Course in Miracles says, if you're in that state forver, your body would cease to exist. I suspect you have a lot to do on Earth before that happens. That's why you're so young, though you're in your eighties.

And yes, I agree about creativity.

Love,
Roxy

Roxy, I do not remember reading this in Course in Miracles. I will ahve to look into this. I am also drinking thata fermented tea we make using a yeast that we call a mushroom which is often helpful in retaining youth. The HEB's are as evolved as humans have yet evolved. they have bodies. I do not get it! Bodies are actual, not "real" but we use them in all our stages of evolution. We always use a base, an earth to walk upon. Humans never exist in air! Where would we go? There are other worlds than planets but they have material substance of some kind that scientists will begin to see during this big shift time period. Will you explain more?

I'm not quite sure the Course in Miracles meant by that, because I agree with you about bodies. But it did say that, that I know. Maybe it means we would die? That's the only thing I can think of.

jaguar,

Hi,

So, who is this someone who pulls the proverbial lever? Is this analagous to the saying that someone 'pushes our buttons'? As long as we blame others for our actions (or reactions' if you like), then we diminish our own control and eschew responsibilities that are, in fact , our own.
We have somewhat more control than we sometimes accept but not nearly as much as we often imagine we possess.

Cheers (button mushrooms on my pizza),

RC
