There was a time I thought I was an artist.
I am not an artist.
Yet, I will always be an artist.
There was a time I thought I was a healier.
I am not a healer.
Yet, I will always be healer.
Finally realized I just am a person.
That's all I am and all I have.
And what person I shall make myself be.

Roxyart,
This is so cool, friend. I love it. Simple and beautiful, just like the place, from whence it came.
peace, love & healing

Thanks for this Roxyart! I am now pondering that today I have come to the cafe and been so very inspired by the words of some special ladies.....
I will take the inspiration with me (deep thanks) and go see what I do with it as the day unfolds.

Roxy,
Your poem has made me sad.
It speaks to me of tattered dreams.
I know that we all have to go through our stuff, I am just sorry you are hurting.
Sending hugs.

Dear Nats,
Thank you for your concern, but I am fine. It's a statement of personal growth. I was always looking at some other definition of myself to make myself seem a viable human being, when I never had to. I am fine, just being a person, and letting myself be the best person I can be, living by my convictions and happiness within myself. I stil do artwork occasionally, and I most definitely continue to do Reiki, but they are not who I ultimately am anymore.
Hugs,
Roxy

Hi Roxyart ;O)
Sweetie,
This speaks of the discovery/awakening of our inner truth. Beautiful it is when we peel away those mis-beliefs and see the light and breadth within our soul.
Like a flower, we unfold in the sunlight of our inner be-ing.
Thanks for bringing this thought to life.
Love,
Kimberlee

Otoharo!
Roxy, this poem really encourages me to get to Breitenbush to meet you next month. "I shall make myself be", I recommend, create rather than make. This is why, in A course in Miracles, the speaker says that we make ego, it was not created, therefore, your can not make you, for you are created. and you are your creator.
