Friends:
I was given a small meditation lap book by a yoga teacher I had many years ago. She was amazed that I had taught myself yoga before I attended her class,and was disciplined enough to practice it regularly on my own, for, at that time, about 10 years. She told me I must have been a yogi in another lifetime. She gave me this lap book as a gift. It has many beautiful reflections. My intuition told me to get it down off the shelf and share them. I will post one daily till done. Hope you enjoy them.

Love is your true nature.
But instead of seeking love within, you have gone outside to find it- you have gone searching for that
which you already are.
Yoga teaches you to seek love by
going to the source of your being.
It teaches that you are not the giver of love,
nor are you the reciever of love.
You are love itself.

Man this is really applicable to me right now. I just love it when my intuition speaks to me in such a profound and synchronistic way. Whoosh!
