As we struggle to survive and to grow
We are one, sharing stories, heartaches and poems
Each doing the very best that we know
We are one, whether we believe it to be true or not
Our souls familiar, from another place & time
We are one, that is why we connect so readily
Because we merge in other dimesions sublime
We are one, we are strong,in this transformational age
Dig to understand how we're lost, how we're found
We are one, we must accept our human foibles and pain
For they are common to us all, so very profound
We are one,we walk together,even when physically we're far
The essence of who we really are, knows no bounds
