Sounds like something from the bible, Dalai Lama's teachings or James Redfield. Make things happen by uplifting the others' spirit and energy. And make your good intention know to them. Open up others' chakras etc (reduce their level of fear and doubts) so that they feel the synchronicity and contribute to future conversations.
Hope that all this is making some sense and that it contributes to the idea of deliberate intent.
