The Reiki Cafe 

Sorry but I also wanted to know if anyone has experienced something like this...

Today I was introduced to a woman that was interested in reiki. As soon as I saw her I saw her left arm as "palsy" like crippled. The word "saw" in the spiritual sense. After she spoke for a few minutes I asked her if her arm was giving her any trouble. She said no but when I asked if she was having any relationship issues at the moment she totally broke down crying, like a release. Needless to say she made and appointment with me.

I felt bad making her cry, I had not meant to have this happen but apparently she needed to. This is the second time this has happened to me. The 1st time was 2 weeks ago with another woman visiting my home. I "saw" something, asked her about it and she started to cry and then thanked me!

Has anyone ever "seen" a person disfigured?

That is all new to me too. It might just be how you personally percieve certian things.

As far as crying and emotional release. I believe this is also good. I've known a few folks over the years ,whether spiritual people or not, who talk of at some point having total nasty breakdowns maybe even for a few weeks. But at the end of it they have never felt better. It's like a grand purging of gunk. Alot of people hold stuff in till they explode because they just can't hold it in any longer. They need to get it out.

Yes Tracey this has happened to me when flowing Reiki.

After my last attunement some of the visions that came to me were with disfigured faces of people/guides.

During my Reiki massages I get at times visions come with distorted faces. The visions come from many cultures and periods of time as dressed in certain clothes of period times.
They are all welcomed and to this day I am not quite sure what it all means but certainly they must be messages or messengers.

Hi. I am not aware of "seeing" someone disfigured yet it sounds like possible morphing. Did you intuitively relate the arm with relationship problems? Sounds like the person trusted you.

All I can tell you is that I saw her as disfigured, asked what i "felt" was right and it turned out to be right on target. All new to me! ;)
