Hiya everyone

I am just adding the finishing touches to my Reiki 1 Mnaul as it is very nearly completed, I was wondering if anyone knows where on the Internet I can get a picture of a person Grounding themselves.

I am after something which would show roots going into the ground coming from their feet or similar.

Can anyone help?

Grounding is a personal experience and comes to us all in different ways. It is very hard to describe but with practice you will develop you own method of grounding.

From my own personal experience when I am fully grounded the horses bite my shoes, this is the most natural way to prove that I am fully grounded as they are taking up the excess energy that is flowing through me.

I am at a loss as to what would be pictured. Grounding in an inner event. there is nothing to be seen! One sends his energy to the core of the earth, in fact, one is always grounded in this core.
