The Reiki Cafe 

Can I just ask how long everyone normally keeps people who have had Reiki requested for them on the healing boards, on their distant lists? I'm not sure how long to keep sending for, as I don't always get to see updates on people's
conditions. Your advice would be much appreciated.

One criterion is the "flow".

If one is channelling for a specific area, once this is "better" the flow my be quite decreased. That might be signal that you may move on.

Same as if doing Reiki in person. :-}}

It also occurred to me that one may "astrally leave one's hands" with the Reiki recipient so that the Reiki continues until the hands are "reclaimed".

Can I just ask, how do you go about astrally leaving your hands with the recipient...is it about visualization?
