The Reiki Cafe 

A very sweet Chinese lady got on the table at the free healing fair Sunday that really rocked me. The moment I got grounded and opened my eyes, her terror knocked me over. Although her body and about 12 inches of her aura extending from her body was calm, the rest of the aura were deep ripples. I was getting tired from doing energy work on a constant flow of people that day and went to the other table where the two workers were taking a break and asked for their help. With four Reikians working over her, we were able to smooth the aura quite a bit on the front. However, the back was something different, the aura was quite thin. This is where the others got to see how to do psychic surgery as they were fairly new to the experience. I removed the thin sheet of aura and handed it to my angels to take it where ever it needed to go to be fixed. While waiting for the angels to come back, we continued to work on the lady's back by pouring energy into the aura. Shortly, the angels came back with the repaired aura and we attached it back.

While working on the Chinese lady, I felt the strong urge to run away from something. I saw her face as a young girl full of fear and her mouth was open like she was screaming. It was her daughter who brought her to me and I explained to the daughter that the protectiveness and love she has been giving her is not the usual mother-daughter situation. Her mother is pouring onto her daughter all the feelings of love, security, stability and strength that she did not feel when she was a child. I also detected this wonderful feeling of freedom in being in this country. She is deeply moved and thankful to be living in the United States. However, the mother also has a deep-rooted fear that she will be sent back to China because of this overwhelming blessing. It is sort of like dreaming a beautiful dream and upon waking you are back in a deep dreary prison cell. I sent a lot of Reiki energy to these areas, however, she will be needing a lot more treatments in the future.

Wow! That sounds like quite the session. Given that patient's background and such I can see how her backside was weak; seemingly incapable (self seeming) of self-protection.

Your Guide/Associate connection seems quite strong. The concept of having parts taken back to "the shop", fixed and returned on the fly is intriging and wonderfully basic. I'm not quite there yet but it helps my climb if I can look up and see the upper rungs as I slowly ascend.
