Dear Seyda,
You may send him Reiki if he's not opposed to it, but IMO, someone with a drinking problem needs far more help than that. Does he recognize that he has a problem?
Best wishes,
Roxy

seyda,
/*\ Namaste :-}}
- send the energy
- then, he must apply his intentions and mindfulness to the energy to utilize it to his own best advantage

My brother is an alcoholic. boy does he have problems. but apart from that, he will listen, but hardly gives a shit.
Your bro has taken the first step, it's hard but thats half the battle. Send the energy but have no expectations. Send it unconditional, you'll benifit as well.
One thing I've noticed about my own bro, is that he'll pay lip service, we've been let down by him a lot. but thats his journey, and we have to respect that.
Anyroad wishing you the best.
Peace be with you.
