I think that if you look in the Cafe Profiles section you may be able to search for Cafe members who are practitioners or teachers in your area. Simply specify the city and state in the search parameters. You may be able to contact some of them by E-mail thru the Cafe.

I typed Reiki Hoboken into google and got a lot of pages all the way from dog groomers to massage therapist to hair dressers so you should't have too much trouble finding someone in your area.

It isn't far on the map, :-)) but I think it would be an effort to navigate especially since she would have to use public transportation.

Just talked to my friend who grew up in NY and he says that it is actually easier to navigate if you are using public transportation. Depending on where you begin and where you are going as little as an hour.
