The Reiki Cafe 

This may be a bit contraversial but since my surgery I have been thinking alot about "other life", as in on other planets. I have also been encountering alot of information on this subject for whatever reason.

So... If we can send reiki to others around the world, what say you about sending out into the universe? Perhaps this would be a form of communication recognized by those more advanced than ourselves. A long distance reiki call if you will.

Using Reiki as if it might be understood as a form of intergalactic communication? I thought it is has been established that music is the 'universal' language. :)

Permission? One might conclude that if Reiki is sent only as a 'hailing frequency' (or perhaps a distress call?? LOL) that permission is not required since one is not presuming that the 'universe' needs healing. There are those who will say that at any moment the Universe is exactly as it needs to be.

Why does reiki have to be a healing modality all time?

When I do a reiki session much more comes out of it than just healing. Perhaps what I am referring to is not reiki at all but just a form of psy ability that is heightened by the state of reiki awareness.

So, during this awareness could we not attempt to "send" a hello of sorts?

Then again the question arises "is what I do reiki at all anymore?" How does reiki evolve over the course of practice to the point when you say "is this reiki?"

Any who, tongue in cheek, thought this was some far out thinking, LOL and would make for some good pondering.

Oh, I agree. One may well send out compassionate thoughts and intentions (and greetings) without doing Reiki. But, for myself, I tend to follow the rule of thumb (or is it big toe?) that doing Reiki is a specific practice and involves sending specific energy and for this one needs permission.

What fun, eh?

Interesting question, my friend. To reach out and give a universal hello would not be within the scope of Reiki, but rather some other sort of psychic/energy work. Just my opinion, of course. Let us know if anyone answers on the other end!

I have gathered information from Xaris and St Germaine and have the following to add.

1) Reiki is an energy that does many things. It charges batteries, keeps ailing refrigerators running, fixes electronic equipnment that has balked for some reason, etc. The healing that it does is actually balancing one's body so that the body heals. In fact one can hold the body in this energy for extended time when necessary.

2) There are and have been people in vessels from other worlds that come here. The reports through the years of those humans who have been drawn up into their vessels examined etc. show how avid these people are to be able themselves to live in this beautiful world. But they can't survive here. And even if they could, they would rule over all of us and not for our benefit. Never trust them.

3) The same cycling which is bringing us into the big shift is also bringing all the worlds which cycle along with us. Our whole universe is in line for this big shift. These are friendly. We are beginning the age of light and life which is described fully in Urantia.

Hope your feeling much improved and up on your feet again. Sorry I haven't writeen a personal note to you.

I used to send out into the universe. i'd see myself expanding consciously into all that I am as I sent healing out into the farthest reaches of the universe as I could perceive it.
I'd say things like, through all the worm holes, all universes, etc..

It feels very high vibration to do this with the thought that we are all this.

It was after such an exercise where I was sending to God- sending out into the universe the appeal for everyone to join me in sending healing to God, I'd see my essence on all the planets ( knew I didn't need to know which planets, just that it was going to be all of them and that all life would understand my request) and up to what I call the Prime Creator- or the Godhead. :}

I sent it through all that and to the Biggest of the bigs and requested healing energy for God.. I saw myself on one side, God in the middle and The Prime Creator as on the other side ( I realize it is really all around us but my head needed a picture)... After doing this for a while in sweeping motions across the universe I heard my higher self say, "Your Soul star has activated".. It felt like my entire back area was nothing but space, like outter space. Very expanded and quiet. Hard to adequetly explain.

So, have fun with this and know its Light and simple to do. Energy always follows thought and you are an amazing creator of whatever you can dream.

Studies suggest that for energy healing in general, there's an entrainment of the fields of healers and patients w/ the magnetic field of the earth. As for sending to where the earth's magnetic field doesn't have any significant intensity? I suspect that the strength of the field of healing energy would diminish along the lines predicted by the inverse-square relation. Of course, only experimentation can determine for sure what happens.
