The Reiki Cafe 

Hi,

I have heard this phrase often and wonder what exactly it means? In regards to working with someone and holding the energy for them. It seems to me to mean picking up on someones emotions and waiting for the person to own them again when they are ready without making comments about it and waiting for them to figure it out. Any comments would be appreciated.

In my vocabulary, it goes back to my role as an HEB, to come to this planet for the sole purpose of holding the Energy of Spirit for evolving humanity. Perhaps I introduced this phrase here. Also, during the year of my aprenticeship for reiki III, we were routinelye holding the energy of reiki for.........whatever. at Breitenbush it is a phrase used in relation to reiki, frequently.

One way to use Reiki in this manner is to set the intention for reiki within a time frame. That holds the energy for that time. such as for the duration of a reiki share. or for the duration of the Breitenbush retreat.

We can hold the energy of spirit for the coming new age. Etc.

Your interpretation does not miss the mark at all!

- we may hold energy at various levels (this may be energy of various aspects of ULE being gathered for a multitude of intentions) - it may be personal energy as well

- we may be the vessel to hold enegy for ourselves (self-reiki, qi gong, tai chi, various yogas, and many other practices are all of of this type)

- we may gather energy and, in working with others, hold it during the time of sharing - and in the process releasing it - some kundalini yoga practices are of this type - certainly Reiki practices fit here - other disciplines as well

- we may gather then hold the energy for a 'field' which might be a room, an outdoor area of a gathering, etc

- but to hold the energy of another person can have its risks - since it would be personal energy, not all of which is stuff one might want

- conversely, this is why keeping one's personal energy out of energy practices with others (such as Reiki) is stressed so highly

- but, in order to do these things mindfulness of our intentions and of the energy is Key

Dear Finality
I have heard the phrase in Reiki shares and I have read your comments and you have probably been asked many times what is an HEB and you are probably sick of anwering as it probably means some sort of healer. I do appreciate your comments. Thank you for letting me know my interpretation is on track.

Thank you for your comment about the risk involved in holding someone's "personal" energy and keeping one's own "personal" energy out of Reiki practices. Your perspective is highly valued by myself.

Prosperity, HEB is the term used in the conversations with God series. It means Highly Evolved Beings. I used to be that before I split my energy and got tangled up with ego. HEB's never die. If they get tired of say, hair color, they reincarnate with hair of a different color, etc. They are at the top level of humanness at this time. In Urantia they are called sixth level humans, or finalitors (in their final stage. Humans who are at this level live in worlds of their own. At some point they volunteer to go in companies of 1,000 to a newly evolving planet to hold the energy of Spirit for these primatives. They have no interaction with them, nor ever let them know they are present. they can not leave trash, footprints, anything. Only on earth have they lived in communities.

During the ice age when the ice got so heavy it caused the earth's crust to shift and a large island popped up in the Pacific. They knew humans could not see it, nor have means of reaching it even if they did. Therefore, they chose to live in communities. We called this land Chulan. It was sunk at the same time the Atlantians sank their island.

These HEB's are still here. Occassionally they incarnate in order to help out. My soul mate thus is here doing her part. Xaris, whom I speak of frequently is one of them. All thousand are still here.

On a practical, earthy level, I think it means to be totally present,listening to a person on all levels, without judgement, accepting whatever they express verbally or non verbally, so that they can come to their own wisdom. Because you are non judgemental and because you listen well, they feel safe and then they can find their own wisdom. I recall doing this with tantrumming children...making sure they can't get hurt, not abandoning them, but being present to hear their pain, until they calmed and relaxed. It requires not bringing up your own stuff, but being in a peace filled place yourself.

You have wekk described a "holding the energy" for these ones. At Breitenbush, for example, the reiki gathering, Some of the leaders, simply "hold the energy of reiki" for the entire gathering, while everyone else is gathering in groups, eating meals, chatting like the dickens, they quietly standby. there, but on standby.

I just read your post, that was so right on my heart sings with you. Being in that peace filled place is all i ever want to be. For a time i preyed to creator to give me something to do, let me help people come to this knowledge.
Finaly i was ansered, It said all i want you to do is be in that peace filled place and let others come to me the way you did.
