Here is some background on Seichim. A complete story about this can be found in Diane Ruth Shewmaker's book "All Love." which is her guidebook for healing with Sekhem-Seichim-Reiki and Skhm.
There is a story about Patrick Ziegler having gone into a pyramid and encountering an energy. When he later went into Cairo a Western Woman asked him if he could help her locate a man named Sheikh Mohammed Osman Brahani. He consulted a nearby person, who directed him to a school for Sufis led by the Sheikh, who lived in the Sudan. They spent a week with the group.
Patrick felt the Sufi group's practices were similar to what he had experienced in the pyramid, focused on the energy of the heart. These Sufis also had a dancing form called Aikir that was different from the spriraling Sufi dance. These dancers performed moving from left to right, swaying in an infinity pattern.
Patrick and the woman decided to visit the Sheikh in the Sudan, and the Sheikh passed along many teachings to Patrick, including giving him some prayer beads and instructing him to say "Allah" once for each bead as part of a meditative practice. This guidance come through to Patrick as "All Love," and he repeated this over and over for the rest of the week as a mantra, feeling his heart opening more as he intensified his efforts.
Eventually the healing energy which he was spontaneously initiated in the pyramid began to manifest, and he found he could heal. He later went on to study Reiki.
Upon the death of the Sheikh the Sufi followers wanted Patrick to become a Sheikh because they said the teachings which were passed on to Patrick were rarely given out.
It was a channelled Indian spirit guide named Marat who told Patrick that the name of the energy he was accessing was Seichim (there are many different spellings of this, as it was giving orally to Patrick--Seichim, Seichem, Sekhem, SKHM.)
