We had training in Francisco Colls program which is called Astro-Soul (as different from Astral) in what you are asking for. It is called trance healing. I would not do it except in person. There may be a trained counselor in your town. IPMers.com I think will get the office and you can ask for someone in your area who is trained. It is easy with training.

In my experience, a person in one's energy field is usually someone who is confused and welcomes a way out. There are some who may have an agenda that one could label as negative but they can not stay in the methods we use.
