Was exhausted yesterday, due to moving house and working loads the past few days... so decided to give myself a huge Reiki treatment and ended up lying there for 4 hours!
Anyway... at each chakra i was trying to experience feelings that arose and then release them... i spent a long time on my lower three chakras releasing anxiety and anger... anyway some time through treating the base chakra i started this uncontrolable laughter which lasted about 15 minutes... it was simply amazing and the most enjoyable Reiki I have had yet...
No point really, just wanted to share my experience, and maybe hear about some of your most enjoyable Reiki experiences.

i wish i can have your expirience. but some how i normaly fill tired after meditation and fall aslipe.how can you get so lucky?
