Mikao = Me-Cow

Usui = Ou-Su-E ('ou' as in 'You')

(this is a rough approximation - the best way to learn pronunciation is to hear someone else saying the words) :-)

also in Japanese you would put the Surname first:

Ou-Su-E Me-Cow

reiki ni rei
