I read somewhere that those of us who don't feel that they're going through a clearing after doing attunements, are those of us who are not reisiting the process.
The more we resist whats coming up, clearing off, or going on the more intense the clearing will be.
Maybe thats why when I've done attunements before I didn't feel such an intense workout, except when after doing Golden dragon attunement followed one week on by a sweat lodge, I was kinda out of it for six months after.Reisistance to etc., etc., I think when I started to accept, whatever, I began to feel better.
I think I'm reisting pretty big at the moment, because I feel sorta out of it at the moment, or a major attunement is coming my way,(oh! joy!!)

- attunements are not the only events where "clearing" may occur

- I have always felt that as I do Reiki practices for others (and myself) some 'clearing' becomes an on-going process

- other energy work can have similar personal effects - various yogas, tah chi, qi gong, etc

- so, perhaps so-called "attunement after effects" may be less dramatic due to the work one has already been doing over the years on one's various energy bodies

- there are also clearing practices (not attunements) that one may be able to do for others

Makes sense, didn't think of it that way.

I think you could be right, I reall y embraced the clearing after 1 & 2 but I did master far too quickly and was concerned it would hit hard, maybe consequently, it did! Took me a good 6 months to level out again! But the leson is learnt, I wont teach master level fast!
Would be good to hear what comes for you, if it is another attunement or something else exciting....
