Yes, it is the channel of Light. Precisely.
I"m not sure why she chose to call it hara line repair, though I will admit that this energy definately plays a key role in healing ones issues rather quickly.

The teacher taught us that the hara line extends way past the lower tan tien. I personally took what she taught and made it my own. She also taught that you cannot do self healing which as to why I wasn't sure. I used to pull out my chakras all the time to do self healing. Seemed easier to me that way. Same thing with the hara line. Just need to be mindful that you always pay attention to what your doing and always remember to put it back!

I"d have called it Central Channel of Light Repair and gird works personally.
