Lazris has a tape out that gives a complete treatment of chakras.

Thanks for the reference. The site is great. I have tried to tackle some of her books but wow...they really can be intense when you actually try to apply the stuff.

I remember I had to stop reading the Sacred Contracts book because I was stirring up so much stuff in my dreams that I wasn't getting enough sleep! LOL

I was exhausted. It obviously means there is work somewhere in this bear brain of mine (not to be confused with bare brain) LOL to be done so I'd rather opt to take a workshop so I have a little bit of help sorting it all out.

When things settle down a bit around here, I'd like to do that...
