The Reiki Cafe 

I have been away from Reiki for a couple of years. Friday night I went to a reiki support group run by my teacher ( i have level 2). 2 students and a master worked on me for 15 minutes. then we switched and worked on another student. It felt great. I had a wonderful experience psychically, but felt a rumble in my stomach. I have been sick for about 3 days now. What is going on?? I am very upset because I loved the reiki experience, thought I was really progressing and looking forward to doing more. Now, I am afraid to go back. My teacher has very limited hours and I cannot see her. What do you think this is? coincidence? bad food? cleansing?

Reiki energy sometimes stirs things up a bit in the body. If it is reiki, it is not permanent. Be reiki with yourself a lot. Try to have one hand on yourself all the time. I had some chronic conditions in that area that I knew nothing about. They have all been healed.

Ps: Reiki is Universal Life Force and helps as needed. After treating sometime we can feel as you descripted. This is the part of the healing/changing progress.
