Information on this event can be found on the lightworkers website as Fire the Grid event.
As Bruce correctly said, it begins at 11.11am GMT and ends at 12.30 pm GMT.

I believe 11:11 AM Greenwhich Mean Time would be 3:11 AM the same day, Pacific Time in the U.S.
Addendum: Oops, upon further review, it seems that GMT doesn't change for daylight savings. During the summer, 11:11 AM GMT would then be 4:11 AM PDT? I hope someone who knows for sure can either confirm or correct.

Now, on July 17, 2007, we are being presented with a Cosmic Opportunity that is unprecedented in our lifetime.
