The Reiki Cafe 

before saying good bye i wanted to encourage people to do is to enroll in an Aikido dojo near you!

because for me aikido has been alot like reiki , it grows with you and it has the KI , and it is like being able to get physical with reiki and having a reiki in companionship with others , the whole experience is quite fun and relieving ..a very godo way of getting physical contact and yet learn conduct of movment and posture.

i say good bye to all for now and i hope i come back here not as a patient
