The Reiki Cafe 

Hello,

I'd like to say how right you all have been and how much of and influence you have made. I know in my heart and mind that my next step as a Reiki practioner is to become a master. Because my dream and goal since i was little, was to help others feel better. And now that i know there are ways to do that with my healing hands, I have been praying that I get led in the direction to help others help others. In that one abundance day, I went to the radio station and was invited to come back and do a show about reiki and what My business provides, then on my way home i found another chiropractic office and took info about reiki in . They said they'd be in touch. Then i got home and emailed my clients and F&F. My aunt called me and asked me if she could loan me the money to become a Master. And then asked if she could learn under me. Some of my clients have asked me when they could learn under me. My question then to you is do your clients ask you to teach them too? Also how long after your Reiki 1 and2 classes did you do your Reiki 3?
Also to Pondering, You have inspired me and touch my heart with your advice and info. And i would like to let you know I'm taking the steps to write that book you told me I should write. when i read that entry my heart skipped and i knew that is what i should do.

Hello, I became a Reiki Master Teacher in October of this year. There is alot to learn but if you are confident you can probably move on. I think it depends on individuals. I became a Reiki Master Teacher in less than a year from Reiki 1 up. But at this time I am still reviewing what I have learned. Probably will be for a few more months until I actually attempt to teach a class. Kind of trying to get more comfortable with what I have learned and am still learning. I practice Reiki everyday and meditate for hours every week. I am confident I will know when the time is right to move on to the next step (teaching). Although I have been attuning my family and pets for a few weeks and love observing the changes in them. Practice makes near perfect. To me Reiki is individual in every person. Everyone appears to be different have different Energy healing (Reiki)skills, knowledge that comes to them or feelings. You will know! Believe me when you are ready.

Excellent words, posylady. Harmony, once again, you are doing such exciting things. Thank you for including us in your journey. I have not done a "class". Usually, I attune individually and when folks have asked me to. I know that there are others much wiser than I to answer your questions, but I think posylady did a super job. You honor us so.

When I acheive Reiki master it wont be a year yet. I'm hoping to learn that in Feb. 2008 and Teaching my first class in May or June 2008. I'm soo excited and your words give me hope and joy. Thank you for your knowledge. , Harmony

Thanks sooo much for your entry!! you are an inspiration!!!~!!!! How long have you known Reiki? And did you have any trouble writing any of your books? Also how did you go about getting them published? Mine is far from being ready, but I am just looking for info. I'll look for your books. thanks again
