Hi,
Does anyone smudge before a Reiki session? I have been using white sage and when I do, the session seems stronger. Any comments and suggestions would be appreciated.

Sometimes; not always. Also sometimes smudge afterwards. I let intuition guide.

I will also send Cho-Ku-Rei's around the room to clear negative energy. I do smudge but only when I feel I need to. I agree with the other post that intuition will guide you.

I love to smudge my office and house, me and kids. Hubby wont let me lol. But I too find it seems amplified. And i let my guides guide me.

We always having sage going when we get together. My friend smudges her home most days. I still smudge my home from time to time. It is so beneficial to me. In fact, I think all our smudging when I was in group was because I was in it!
