Absoluteangel, thankyou ever so much for the reply on energy it helps me better understand how this energy operates, I was setting down when I felt this energy enter into my hands it lasted almost two hours it was very relaxing so calming, this has happened before I feel like someone is sending long distance Reiki healing energy but did,t know your reply helps on this matter and thankyou again. ponderings, My experence was as follows,I was setting in a chair watching TV and I felt this energy enter into my hands and travel all through my body it totally saturated my body it was strong I really felt energized, it lasted almost two hours it was a good experence, i,ve had this happen before but not to this degree, when I found this site I knew I could find answers to the way energy works, I feel as this energy is being sent but it leaves me with the question of who. unfortunately, I think I was sooooooooooo busy on Christmas that I didn't have time to wait for the energy -- but the spirit of Christmas was certainly with all of us.

hi, welcome to the great and secret show.
I somewhat understand you when you tell of sitting and feeling the energy saturate you. Its happened to me on some occasions when I'm sitting watching tv, in a cinema or just when I read the boards with no concious thought to 'do' reiki the energy just flows, mostly over the back of my hands and fingers, sometimes down my arms, across my chest crown, forehead and chin now. Funny.

Jaguar, thankyou for your input it,s good to know others experience this energy my teacher never did she was more spirital she seemed at a loss as far as recieving this energy or seeing color when mediating but she has done quite well in bring healing to her clients,she more or less said I was different,so it is very rewarding to know how many of you are out there. During attunements(varios) I for the lack of a better term, traveled, had a few dream like images and feeling of movement. One lady who was practicing giving me an attunement said to me that I'd left my body at one point. have no recollection of this but a vague feeling of movement and like a dropping of to sleep sensation while dreaming and being aware of 'outside' stimuli.
as to colours, saw a pool of silver and a pool of golden energy at the feet of two of the attunee practice practioneres one giving and one recieving. peripheral vision.

I hardly 'see' as such, just sense whats going on with my body senses. sort of like when you get vibes when you enter a room. I 'send' out feelers. But thats in everyday. as for giving a treatment, I don't really know. Haven't given one in a long time. While doing practice group(reiki group used to meet) one of the fellas said I was 'good' Didn't feel like I was, but its horses for courses. just take it day by day and practice your awareness. Even if one didn't do reiki it would still be a good practice to have.

Hi sounds like everyone had an 'interesting'Christmas, I have heard from several friends that they experienced a similar thing an intense feeling of peace together with what felt like movement within the body, one described it as being like an internal shower, very cleansing. I have worked with 'feeling' energy for a long period I sat with a group for many years and I was always totally 'blown away' each time the energy around made itself known. Whatever we choose to name this energy, angels, ascended masters, guides, universal spirit etc etc it is a wonderful feeling. If you can allow you 'mind' to step aside whilst relaxing/meditating the energy will 'merge' with you, ask your guide/gatekeeper/angel to hold you safe then feel the total unconditional love that will wash over your being.
