Otoharo!
This morning I had to run into town to take care of errands. For the past year or so, I had dreaded making this run! This morning, I felt like a spring chicken, running along the road to town in my little 86 toyota. I met a friend in the food store, took her home, wheeled around town. On the way home, I realized how different driving was today. We have been healing the aging process. Wow!

Hi,
I agree. Lending a hand can be invigorating and a good 'elixir' to take some of the edge off of aging.
