Do you feel any difference in yourself "Physically or Mentally" ,or on any level, since you have become a Reiki student, practitioner or master?

Or was it just a course that you had an interest in and completed it.

I had all those years of spiritual training from 73 to 93. But reiki in 93 changed it all!

I am just wondering what differences the reiki experience has made in your life as someone that heals...

I thought it would just prompt a great topic of discussion in the Reiki community.

healinghands,

Hi,

One of the issues that has come up in the past in response to statements such as "....in your life as someone that heals... " is whether we, as Reiki practitioners, are really healers or whether each person must heal themselves with the energy they receive. I will add that we each may heal ourselves with Reiki, including self-REiki, but I do not view myself as a 'healer' of others. Others, of course, feel otherwise if I have read their commments correctly.

:)

I would add I do feel that since being attuned I have more to offer others, compasssion-wise. I would definitely rate this as significant.

:)

Cheers,

RC

Healing Hands,

Namaste :)

Oh yes, the differences have been subtle and yet profound. Physically not so much although I seem to pick up colds etc. less than I did pre Reiki. I would say that the changes have been much more on an emotional and spiritual level.

Gentle Blessings
Helen

Dear Healing Hands,

For sure. On a different note I would humbly suggest that one is more a conduit of healing than a healer. Big difference.

Namaste,
Michael

I would definately agree that we are not "Healers" in the literal sense....Rather we are conductors of the Universal Energy that we help transmit to each and every client we come in contact with.
