Intro - Stephen Buck

Greetings everyone. I wanted to offer a relatively brief introduction as I have started to make posts in this area.

I have been fully clairvoyant since emerging from the womb. I have been fortunate enough to meet a few individuals who have these same gifts, and even more fortunate to meet those within whom the gifts are emerging. Sometimes these gifts begin during adolescence, other times after one is well into adult hood. The wonderful thing about it all is that it happens, enabling all of us to grow together and discover new realms of awareness.

I have been involved in the Reiki community since 1993. I am a certified massage therapist whose last years in the practice involved medical massage. I have a detailed understanding of western anatomy & physiology and have undertaken a self-study of Traditional Chinese Medicine concepts this year.

I really enjoy critical thinking and argumentation. Argumentation in the rhetorical sense; I think by the way vocabulary has evolved that “arguing” can be construed of as negative – perhaps “debate” is a more acceptable word to use. Regardless, I enjoy exploring topics. I may chose a position to argue its validity but that is only for purposes of the discussion. If I stand my ground during that discussion and you stand your ground, the hindsight of the discussions afterwards allows us to better examine our selves and the topic we discussed. I will not argue (debate) to demand my viewpoint be accepted; I will only argue to invite change. My purposes are never to wrong a person but to learn new information, experience new viewpoints so that everyone involved in the debate may emerge as a new being. We may learn something new. We may change into something better and help improve the quality of life for those around us and our future generations.

I look forward to meeting everyone, here and at future workshops.

:-)

Buck

Hey dude,
I welcome your coming onto this message board with loads of excitement. For some strange reason I felt an inner charge, why? I have no idea, but for a while there, things have been a bit stagnant for me. Your 'voice' and tension is like a breath of cool breeze. As with the others, your well come.

Welcome as we are all still learning. It is always good to have more opinions and discussions. It makes the learning more intesting.

Hi Rob.

I guess using the same avatar and handle across the various forums makes me relatively easy to identify.

Hi RC
I have been around but not that active. Work has got in the way and also a bit of getting fed up with Reiki Fora in general LOL.
Buck has sort of got my interest going again.

Not sure if he has shared his website with you yet? If not I will post a link in the resources section later on.
He is building what will be and is already a fantastic free to use resource(with the normal copyright thing) He also has a passion for Reiki History, so soon we will have another fully loaded place to check things out.
