Sorry, it seems like I posting about a different disease every week, :) I just want to learn and feel better as well as helping my family feel better.

I´ve been having neck problems for over 3 months. My neck was too rigid because of stress and I´ve been in kinesiology sessions since then. I got back to yoga, pilates and now chi kung...the neck feels better and many of the symptoms have dissapeared. I removed a wisdom tooth that was also causing trouble in the area and it helped as well.
but I still have minor vertigo, dizziness and problems reading since my neck and eyes get tired. The doctors and I thought this was related only to the neck problem but it might be a problem on its own (vertigo). I will try to get a doctor appointment next week....in the meantime, is there any yoga/reiki... ANYTHING you suggest to this type of problem?

I just feel not 100% myself with this. I hear your wise recommendation. Thank you.

/*\ Namaste :-}}

- it is fairly commonly known that vertigo, or dizziness, usually results from a disorder in the peripheral vestibular system (i.e., structures of the inner ear). Dizziness also may occur as a result of a disorder in the central vestibular system (i.e., vestibular nerve, brainstem, and cerebellum). In some cases, the cause of vertigo is unknown

- perhaps if you do Reiki practices at the ears and also the base of the skull??

- daily practices for a while may be necessary

- is your blood pressure OK?

- hope this helps

Dear FK,
yes my blood pressure is ok. Normal and sometimes a bit low. I´m checking it daily since my mother is having that issue too.
I guess all the neck issues, 16 hour plane trips and wisdom tooth removal may have affected my vestibular system.
I´m doing reiki daily, specially in my neck, and ear. I just want to feel normal again,
thanks,
Ladycyan

sometimes if your blood pressure is LOW, that could cause dizziness and vertigo. Did they run a full blood panel on you?
Are you drinking enough water?

Yes, my blood pressure is normal. I´m checking it daily and driking enough water.
I will see an ear doctor this monday, in the meantime, vertigo got worse and I´m resting at home with Anti-Vertigo pills.

Giving myself as much reiki as I can.

Love,
Ladycyan

Otoharo!

Really my comments are perhaps not relevant to anyone else. when I was a teenager, I would have a moment when I stood up or some sudden movement when I would black out momentarily. Once as i crossed the room, I felt this come on and decided to just let it be and see what happened (as usually I did something). I fainted. Mother was relly upset! I never mentioned it to anyone but I coulght on to the fact thaqt I could do something to prevent the black out. As an adult, I dicovered that my blood pressure was normally a little low.

Dear Finality,
yes, I know what you mean. I´ve always had low blood pressure and I know how that feels.
This is totally different and constant. Hopefully the doc on monday will have some insight.

Thanks for sharing your experience,
Love,
Lady C
