I have a class coming up soon and I need some good meditations to use while giving attunments and such. Does anyone have any or know where I can find some?

THe ICRT has a CD/Tape of the MicroCosmic orb meditation involving the Reiki Symbols. the Tape is title Reiki meditation and you can get it at their store, its quite a nice little meditation I really like it.

Have you used the "Mother Earth-Father Sky" meditation, Starwatcher? It's a lovely one and I'd be glad to send it to you. It is also used for grounding, calming, or perking up...whatever one needs the most. Have a wonderful day!
