The Reiki Cafe 

I have never really requested help for me. I am
now. I just read that everyone had trouble feeling the
flow after 911. I was the opposite. I felt the love from
you all flowing and enveloping the world. It was tremendous. Since I always want to help people I give my own energy sometimes. I am working on it but definitely need to keep practicing the grounding. Please send me a little if you can. My whole body is heavy with fatigue.

It is interesting to note that the reiki energy was not flowing for many of us. I was not aware of this. So what does that mean? I thought I was the only one who had a stagnent reiki flow. This is interesting. How many people had this problem and what is the probale cause? At the same time, how traumatized were those of us who had trouble getting a flow? BE, were you in a state of traumatic shock following the events of the 11th? Are you located in the States or abroad? Are you in the New York area or outside of NY area? The proximity to events may have a close bearing to the degree to which your reiki could or could not flow. It may have some account for why reiki has slowed down recently for many of us.

I am in Wisconsin. By brother works in Midtown Manhattan 20 blocks from Ground Zero. He was not
in the danger. I talked to him after the 1st and 2nd plane hit.

My belief is that REIKI practioners can and do send energy with a simple thought. At times we can feel the flow as flood water rushing and pulsing then the next time a meandering brook. I think all who heard the news on 911 immediately began sending positive energy. We do so not expecting an outcome just sending, hoping and praying that
we can help whoever needs it. That might be why alot of REIKI people are saying they felt their energy was not
as high or didn't feel the flow as much because their intent was not on a specific outcome. We did not need to feel it to know it was flowing. As REIKI people our egos sometimes get in the way. We just need to own that it was flowing to who needed it.

I wanted so desperately to help I get carried away and
send my own energy. I am working on grounding. I sent and continue to send to all, to the universe, to anyone who needs.

I posted the request for help yesterday. I just want to thank you - REIKI community. At 1:15 yesterday I was sent incredible green healing energy. I started to laugh because I had never asked for help for me before but jeez you REIKIers really do come through. Incredible experience for me especially since I was at work and laughing loudly at my desk.

I feel better (THANKS) and will join you all in sending
to all who need.
