Im writing to you all to request Healing Reiki for My husband Scott and I....I was in a minor accident coming home from seeing my father in law at the hospital....and caused damage to the front of my Van...and unable to get it probably fixed for at least two weeks....This was the straw that broke the camels back with my husband Stress level....Between his father dying of cancer ..many stresses/problems with his work (he is a computer network specialist for Campbell Soup company)..and NOW my accident and down to only one car..and so close to Xmas...What else could go wrong..thats what Im requesting Healing for our situations..Stressed to the MAX!

P.S Hope I don't upset or offend you but often when these things happen (not the death of Scott's Dad) but the accident it is life's way of making you stop or slow down. Scott sounds like he is in a spin. Love and hugs to him for his loss and pain.

May I suggest taking a moment for a deep breath...a minute or two in a place with nature..even if its only in a garden or on a park bench...breathe air deeply in & consciously let all the stress & anxiety out. Even if it only helps for a few moments, you will feel more in balance....a good feeling, even if fleeting, to have when everything in life is turned upside down. Reconnect to the energy around you & within you. Hear the prayers that are being said for you & know that you are loved, even in the midst of all this chaos, God is with you.

One thing I forgot...dont ask what else can go wrong...I have found that the question is usually answered. Instead focus on things going right, even if hard to imagine. Like attracts like....people around you may think you are nuts when you do that or may not want to hear it ( when people are in pain they may see an attempt to connect to a more positive frame of mind as insincerity & lack of respect for their pain) so you can keep it to yourself..but it does work!!

Just wanted to update you all with my present situation....my father in law they tried to place a feeding tube in the stomache to the side out the stomach but couldnt due to the cancer...that was Sunday so today they were going to insert a subclavian line to feed him....he'll still have his n/g tube to drain the stomach since it can't go anyway past the stomache....we are just taking one day at a time with him..my father found out on Friday when he went to Cleveland that all his small tumors ( some of them) have slightly increased in size..so they recommend him being on some sort of chemo so they recommended Taxol(FDA approved) Plus two pills he'll take with it (not FDA approved) all the info Ive found for my dad about Taxol it says it has lots of sides effects but the Drs/Nurses they talked to on Friday said the ppl on Taxol/2pills...right now have had very few side effects...lets hope he doesn't either...they dont know when he'll be started on it though...If anyone has had any experience or know of anyone been on Taxol please let me know....I've develope pharynigitis and laryngitis over the weekend and treating it with Reiki/gemstones on occasion besides my Echincea tea/honey....and trying to adjust not having access to a car....so far its been ok...Preparing myself/ family for this upcoming winter storm that suspose to be heading our way Very soon.....
