Perhaps you would enlighten us with a ritual to open the chakras in the soles of our feet, to remain grounded. You mentioned this in a previous post, I don't remember where. (Been out of town, again, and obviously need grounding.)

I am not firekeeper, but I have a foot chakra opening that I need to remind myself of if you want to eavesdrop. Concentrate on you feet chakras. Top and bottom. Imagine them opening the the pedals of a lotus. See or feel the light going through the feet. Feel the bottom line of light of the foot chakra connect all the way to the center of the earth. Also, imagine the very center of your body has a cord going through it. The top connected all the way to creator and the bottom all the way to Mother Earth.

I have been having foot problems so it's been all about foot soaking in Epson salts and tea tree oil.
(we're all connected)But on a deeper level I think that the answers to all of our problems is a bath. It keeps coming up. Let's just answer everyone's posts from now on
"You just need to take a bath." I believe we might have discovered the key to a very important enlightenment step we have been missing.

Sounds as if the two of you have got a soleful leg up on the foot thing. :-}}

At one point or another, in one way or another, I may do some or all of what you have discussed.

There is also a nice thing to do as well, if needed, but the feet are not the only path -

- the feet can also be fine "drain" site if one feels the intrusion of unwanted energy during one's 'work'

Ever since our grounding talk I have felt so much more...well, grounded. My feet chakras have opened up and I am manifesting a lot of things in my life.
Yea for grounding!!!
