Morning All,

Does anyone have a sugestion re Reiki to help adults with lotsa energy ( cant stand still)to slow down a bit? Get used to standing still & not doing anything?

Yes, there is a two-hand position that can help -if done regularly and with the Mindful Intent to learn to "sit still".

This is, of course, not something one can impose on an unwilling "subject". :-}}

Try: left hand gently at the base of the skull and right hand at the solar plexus.

Let the energy move from the back of the skull down through the throat centre, the heart centre, and then out the solar plexus.

By the way ( chuckle) I wasnt planning on hogtieing anyone & forcing Reiki on them....although I have to admit that Im not so enlightened that the thought doesnt have a certain appeal...HeHeHe..I think Id start with the....oh well, Ill leave that up to the imagination. Any Reiki practitioners from Florida probably can guess who though......ut oh, my evil side is showing.....

Yes, just ask your guides to send this divine energy: After connecting, ask to channel for the Earth and yourself, Ca Pa Gop Ca, Indigo, 3 frequencies, positive polarity. It will come as needed.
