- Self re-attunement is a very user friendly practice for those who are trained in passing attunements.

Attunements are more than merely a ritual 'passing' and 'acceptance' of Reiki symbols during that 'ritual'.

Attunements, if done properly, act to open the channel, crown to sole.

Any thoughts on or experiences with the benefits of Self re-attunememt?
