reiki and relationships

How can reiki be used to attract a happy fulfilling relationship? I have tried various techniques such as sending distance healing to the person that I should be with, even though I don't know who they are yet. Has anyone had experience with this with positive results? much thanks.

Hello,

Great question. The technique that I have tried that has gotten the best results for me is to send Reiki to my need for a relationship. Also, during self treatments and meditation, asking for wisdom and enlightenment to learn to come to a place of peace.

You may not LOVE the results I got (I struggle myself), but I have come to a state of willingness to meet life on lifes terms with this. I have come to appreciate the frequency and depth of my friendships, the opportunities to bring love to a person, place or relationship, and I'm more willing to be more fully with myself. I have more of a sense of being complete within myself.

MY wish would have been for a happy, hot, relationship. The Universe has other plans.

You know what they say, "If you want to make the gods laugh, tell them your plans."

Nameste,

Joyce Klima

eirelassey, good to hear from you! I recommend using the second symbol while self treating with the intent to prepare yourself for what you want. When you are ready, it will come about.

Dear Eirelassey,

If you have difficulty attracting happy relationships, try using Dai Ko Myo (if Reiki 3) to send Reiki to the Karmic reasons that block your future relationships. Use the other Reiki 2 symbols as well of course and wait for signals in opposite sex relationships in everyday life. You should be able to spot the problems that originate in your own attitude (I mean energetically of course - I am not implying you have a bad attitude or anything). It is possible you may have unsurfaced fear (or apprehension) over deep relationships. One friend discovered he was afraid of losing his partner so he would "block" any relationship before it even started. Reiki helped him in the way I described.

Live long and prosper

eirelassey,

/*\ Namaste :-}}

- one view is that reiki may help you to more MindFully open to the energies that come your way that resonnate with you most harmoniously - and perhaps allow another to perceive your energies more clearly

- I am not of the view that you can use reiki so that it will affect someone else to be attracted to you

Esin,

Thanks for the tip about DKM. For the past week and a half I've been sending Reiki to our financial situation. I think in this instance, too, this is a valuable suggestion.

By the way, when you start sending Reiki to a situation do you have any clue how long it takes to work?

Joy;

you shared:
" The technique that I have tried that has gotten the best results for me is to send Reiki to my need for a relationship."

Wonderful.

Simply wonderful.

Deep bow.

The truth is not found in imbibing in one's endless desires and needs, but in understanding; in the transcending of them. Hence the 4th precept, "with gratitude work on yourself". It has been said "don't demand that things happen as you wish, but that they happen as they do, and you will get on well".

you shared:
"Also, during self treatments and meditation, asking for wisdom and enlightenment to learn to come to a place of peace."

Then just remember the 5th precept. "Be Kind". No matter what, be kind. No matter the provocation, be kind. Just be kind, right now. On this breath, be kind. If there is no attachment to things, ideas, beliefs, what is there to anger oneself, or worry oneself about? Is this not peace? Just be kind........

Take gentle care;

Vinny

- lots of views on that type of question -

- one view is that a symbol cannot be effectively used unless one is attuned to that symbol

- hope this helps

be
Thy will be done.

When I was finally open to listen to the powers that be I listened. First I changed all that I needed to change with me. Then when I finally decided that I needed to go it alone. That I would go on my spiritual path alone and that I would survive as well as thrive. My shoulda woulda coulda guy that I wouldn't go out with when I was 18 called. Funny how these things work. I gave up the dream of the relationship and knew I didn't have to have one. Then I received all that I needed to complete the rest of my spriritual journey here. I couldn't have ever dreamed it could be like this!!!! Time table. 25 years and a lot of life lessons.

Loving life.

This discussion has been very encouraging to me. Thank you all. Perhaps I should start a reiki singles website.

Do you remember when we were told it would take 21 days to pass through the "cleansing period"? That's the average time it takes for the problem to remove itself from the aura.
