Hi,

Has anyone got any advice on treating exzema? Bet you didn't think i was going to say that, eh? :)

Also, does anyone know which chakra(s) are -most- likely to be blocked if someone's been through a divorce? Solar plexus and heart...? Any? All?

Graham,

Exzema I have no idea.
On the divorce/chakra queston. I would think all to some degree, depending upon the marriage and the divorce.

Hi Graham,

Namaste.

With regards to eczema, Reiki to the Thymus gland to boost the bodies own natural anti histamines and hands slightly above the area rather than directly on....I find the heat can make the itching worse, if the hands are applied directly.

Hope this helps.

Love and Light
Helen.

Firekeeper,

Thanks for your advice, (rainbow and diosa as well) :).

The person's exzema, is due to a build up of stress, due to job and relationship troubles. Thankyou again :)

Hi Graham,
Exzema has to do with being irritated. More B vitamins for stress some banannas for stress. And yes the good old take a bath in oatmeal. (blend dry oatmeal in a blender and add to the bath.) Take a walk in nature. Ground out all of the irritating other person's, or situation energy. And breathe slowly concentrating on the out breath.
Love and best wishes,

Hey, what about that all chakra clearing?

Graham,

Sat Nam.

For calming the mind try: lie down supine. dim light, quiet.
eyes gently closed. Follow the breath.

- dominant hand gently on forehead, otherhand gently at base of skull. Reiki-Reiki-Reiki.

:-}}

For the skin, try some baking soda - use a bit like talc or as a thick paste.

Hi Joanna,

Glad you're back so soon. I heard you were hibernating :)Thanks for your excellent advice :) I will definitely give it a try!.

The chakra clearing is in The Complete Reiki Handbook : Basic Introduction and Methods of Natural Application, a Complete Guide for Reiki Practice ,by Walter Lubeck. It's the excellent one with the nude illustrations. Hmm, don't take that last comment the wrong way, LOL. You know what i mean. Excellent book. I'll transcribe the page to a post asap.

Graham,
What can I say I just can't stay away from you guys. I am begining to think I am quite addicted to this place. I started having withdrawal symptoms.

I don't have the book so until I find it I think I will make up my own. Thank you for the post.

Love and best wishes,
Joanna
