During the reiki session where do you get the energy needed for healing? What is the origin of the energy generated?

During healing the needed where do you generate or get the energy to give to the needed?

-from your own spirit?
-from earth?
-from another planet?
-from cristals or rocks or piramids?
-from healer spirits?
-Symbols?
or whereever you can find energy?

I really don't know. I have been involved with reiki only once. A Reiki master checked my shakras and he said "you are already open or something like that". When they asked for money to teach I said I buy the book. I deeply not beleive in money for exchange of knowledge.

So, did you buy the book? If you did, then you exchanged money for knowledge. If not, then you were not sufficiently interested at that time to really learn anything about reiki energy.

Fortunately, not everyone believes as you regarding paying money for knowledge. If they did all the universities in the world would be empty. :o}

For free knowedge, I suggest that you go to Vinney's site, mentioned in other places on this board. (Hi, Vinney!) Unfortunately, I don't have his email address at hand.
I am sure someone else will post with that information, so that you may be enlightened. You may be a little confused because since this is a discussion board, not a teaching board, we discuss many different things, such as crystals, symbols, spirits, and mother earth, which are a part of the persons' package, but not necessarily a part of reiki.

I would recommend a book by Mr. Hiroshi Doi entitled "Gendai Reikiho" or "Modern Reiki Method for Healing". It is available thru Amazon.com

Personally?? I find the energy where it always is - at "both ends" (so to speak) of the connections of myself and Source.

By the way, any school tuition is an exchange of money for the access to knowledge - learning is a rather separate process and responsibility.

Hi,

There is allways an exchange energy, be it money or service or karmic debt. I don't ask for $ when i do an attunement. I ask my students to bring what they think I need. A book, a poem, etc. Every thing that i have gotten from them, I have needed at some time in my life. God ( spirt ) allways provides what we need. We just have to keep our eyes,ears, hearts and minds open.

I missed the "inspired" part. Give it to my language problem. Because I actually am recharged all the time even if I don't need the energy miserably.

What if that source (my spirit) is also being poisened by negative energy. Or am I mistaken reiki doesn't accept the negative energy in the soul? In other words old merchandise, watches might be effected by negative energy but not spirits. The other side is completely pure?

2. He has a site because someone, sometime, taught him how to make one on the internet, and he had some free time, and nothing else to do.

3. "What does he want?" A rather deep question. Does anyone ever know what they want? Can anyone ever know what anyone else wants? hummmmmm........

you don't need slapping that they did the day you were born this life and took your first breath.
By inspired I mean inspired by god's love and light, or diety of your choosing. It's not your spirit that's being poisoned by negative energy, it's you by choice that's permitting yourself be poisoned in that manner.
For example: All sendiant being are here to accept
and embrace the light. It is we that defuse that light by it's color, wave length and intention. If we perceive it as negative, then to us it will be negative. But that's not to say that all negatives will be harmful, only when they are
attached and acted upon by an emotional thought. Without a negative pole on your car's battery your car isn't going anywhere unless you and your friends push it. Accept negatives conditions but always find the balance in them with positive results.

The source is God.He/She provides us with infinate power and energy. As a reiki practioner I cannot take the credit for the healings. WE are just channels for the energy. I hope this has helped you . Don't ever stop asking questions . This is the way to learn.

First of all I really thank Lisas4angels to encourage me on my path to seek some answers and help people. Because I was starting to feel that I was bothering people with my questions and comments. I really want you all to beleive that I really admire and think very highly of what you are doing and Reiki. Because your purpose is helping people. I might have different opinions in some issues but my purpose is same helping people and their spirits and our tool is exactly same "the positive energy". and also I have most respect for every religion because people's strong beleif creates some of the positive energy needed in earth.

T2 - I value very much every comment you make and every knowledge you share (especially about ego). I beleive you are telling me that there is nothing called negative (bad) in the universe and we just create it from good by just percieving them as negative. That is a beautiful thought. We are creating negative energy with our own fears and perception of the light. I think this idea might go other way around for negative energy too. If there is negative energy exists I don't think about it I push my self to perceive it as positive and it can't harm me. This is actually one of the most effective way of dealing with existing negative energy. Not to think about it and percieve it as positive.

But the duality say if there is positive existence there must be negative existence. And we can't create from zero or destroy anything to zero we can only change the shape of them or utilize them. Only the creator can create or destroy. Therefore if there is negative energy it can be changed to positive or vise versa good energy can be changed to bad.

Question is our perception is strong enough to change the kind of the energy or causes us to hide from negative instead of changing it to good.

I will definetley look for that book since I can not meet Mr
Hiroshi Doi in person and ask for this knowledge.

Tuitions are mostly in the USA. Even in the USA primary education until university is free. And there you learn about way of life and all the beautiful rules about universe. Only if you like to make "money" in specific field you pay for tuition mostly in the USA. I have never paid tuiton for any school until I come to USA for my masters.

I strongly against "asking" for anything money, poem, food in exchange for energy and knowledge. Biggest prize for this exchange is a heartfull thanks, hugs, poems, foods, money and appreciation comes from the student without teacher's asking for that exchange. Offer your knowledge for free and power of love will come back to you without asking. And it will be twice strong. Because teacher will know what he is doing nothing but for energy of love.

When I am asked for money or anything in return I would say money is what's asked for this exchange that is easy to give I don't need to give no love or any energy back to that person.

I beleive that would harm the teacher next time when he seeks for energy.

Power of love is the only asset comes together with us from birth every lifetime. That is our only asset to search for Power of knowledge that comes after tousands of lifetimes.

I love all of you for seeking ways for helping others in need.

May I ask you what you mean by "the duality"? You have mentioned this before, I think, and I'm unsure what your referring to. Please enlighten me.

It also seems to perturb you that any exchange for knowledge is not right, as this is something that you dont do, but to each their own, right? You implied that this is an "American thing", which I find difficult to believe... Perhaps the reason it is done, monetarily, is to sift the chaff from the grain? Or to support ones self/family? Which is a good thing too. If someone shares a book, idea, thought, poem with me I appreciate that, if they did it for me sharing something of value to them, then, to me, that is good too.

I have never ever meant American thing is wrong please read my last pharagraph. I don't beleive in countries, nations (I am from 10.000 year old culture)Money is a universal wrong. But it is a fact that in the USA and some OTHER COUNTRIES university education is with tuition. It is completely free in Turkey or some other countries you just pay for the books and pencils which I am against it too.

There are thousands of ways to make people do things against their will. Million of people working in jobs that they really hate. But they need food and roof over their head and need money to prevent it. That is slavery and that is the current rule of the earth. Not in every country people get to choose their own jobs. They embrace it when they find one, anyjob to survive.

Trick is how to make people do things against their free will and how to take advantage of that. Negative energy works this way always finds a way among positive to turn it to negative (finds STATIC positive energy and turn it to KINETIC negative energy). Money is a great tool for negative energy. You work in a job that you love and support your family very noble and good thought sharing. You pay tax almost half of your earning to governments(Not only USA it is whole world). Governments spends it on health care it is beautiful(if it is free), to make you more secure (if you have enemies), on knowledge universities and also spends on making nukelear, chemical, biological weapons which are able to kill millions (DUALITY). No military no freedom (Tibet and China)

Money: you can not make money by giving away for free. You can make money only by taking it or investing it or giving an item in exchange to a needed person. When you stop giving money away you start making money. When you start giving money for free you begin to be poor.

Nobody could dare to make this equition money=positive energy.

Now consider you make positive energy when you give for free,share without condition,help without asking something in return.

If a friend shares anything with you or give without you are asking with free will that only adds more power to your giving friend and helps you too. But it doesn't help you to gain energy that you are starved for. You must give back for FREE, SHARE, HELP to get more to gain energy just like your given friend. Universe works on giving for free to get rich.

That is why Jesus, the other healing spirits and whole the energy of the universe crying to help us. And negative energy is preventing us accept most of the help because we are afraid that what they will ask back or we are blinded by negative energy to ask for help. The answer is they will not ask for nothing it is free will if you want to give back. We have no duties in this world besides Not Killing, not harming the body, no greed no ego. But if you give freely you will gain more energy because whenever we do something good for free you feel great inside. That is the energy. When the other person thank us or thinks about us for given that is more energy to us.

That is Free Will. Duality is the money and Free. we must choose one or the other with our free will to get more energy. Duality is alot more complex I really don't want to make any comments on it. Becasue I don't want to be misunderstood.

If money was the tool we would all be born rich. But instead we were born with Power of Love. You can feel it in a baby's eyes.

I am not good with words. english is my second language. I really don't mean you as you as person or any offend to anybody any religions any countries. All I am trying is learning nothing else I don't intend to teach you anything, I am not a messenger and I don't charge $700 per call like Sylvia Brown to help or to talk. I have done all my healings for free of charge. But they all thanked me amd loved me back without me asking. And I feel that power right in my chakras which keeps my positive energy Kinetic not static and I am greatful to everyone of my patients for making me more powerfull.

Thank you for asking me a question. Ofcourse I do things for money to feed my family. But only enough I am not greedy person. Maybe that's why I am broke all the time. But I am blessed that I have very happy family. But I give free as much as I can handle.

The way I try to handle this money issue if anybody need my help I do it for free, if they ask for money to solve their problems I ask the money back and consider I have fail in my goals to survive.

Moslows (I hope I get the name right) Pyramid of needs explains the priority of the needs of human being economicly and I try to stay in the bottom of the pyramid. Physiological needs. But I love luxury too. I would not ask for money for my luxury needs.

I would love to give everything I owned but I have to go on top of mountain with the monks and conqered by China.

That makes this life very difficult to complete. Maybe next life I will be someother planet where positive energy in charge and we have more opened chanels with our souls.

I really wasn't suggesting that you were meaning "me" personally, or Americans per se. I was asking about the American thing as you had mentioned doing your Masters here,
that was all. Then you went into the monetary link... :)

I'm sure that if one does not charge for anything it would be a far better world and greater energy exhanged, but in reality of this world it just doesn't happen - for good reason perhaps? I don't believe that money is the root of all evil, but the love of money is the root of all evil. It brings to mind, that if you can't take it with you, it wasn't worth acquiring....

I have no choice but to accept that you don't wish to comment further about the meaning of "duality" which is your choice; but look forward to reading your postings. :)

Thank you for your wisdom and open heart Sands. I felt that nice surge in my spine when I read your honest comment.

Once I was with a cancer patient going to LA, CA from NY. We could not afford the airfare in a short notice. And called a company named Coorparate Angels.

They have picked us up with a limo to a private airfield and put us in a Gulfstream private jet and took us to LA. and give us a ride to our hotel. Whole process took 2 days. The person flying in the jet with us was merill Lynch (that finance company)executive officer responsible for couple of countries.

I asked him "why are you doing this?" he said "I sleep better at night". Well actualy he represents everything I don't beleive in.

Everybody in search for that happy feeling that energy provide us. As you have said about sharing for free " in reality of this world it just doesn't happen - for good reason perhaps?" Do you think that reason might be our spiritual knowledge?

I deeply beleive in rebirth in different planets. And also hierarchy in planets. I also deeply beleive in world and thousands other planets are at the bottom of this hierarchy. According to the knowledge we have accumulated in this world we move up in that hierarchy.

That's why Jesus's energy is enough for couple of planets. Jesus, Mohammed, Moses, Budha and the others never talked about money. Actually they have believed the less we have the happier we are. Because they are higher in the hierarchy.

I would love to see when I have accumulated enough knowledge and reborn in different planet and see different governing systems where love is the only way to get ahead. And knowing that the leaders of those planets got there because of the knowledge they have accumulated not the money and the love they have shared not the money they passed around.

Then maybe I start beleiving in countries and governments, laws with capital punishment. Because that would be coming from a wisdom.

My apologies for not being able to respond before now. My computer was in a shop being worked on over the weekend, and still needs some "fine tuning".

To be honest with you I had not seriously about the thought of other planets and the heirarchy therin. Although, why not...?! Interesting thought ...

Yes, I think that most of the things that are irksome here are for our growth (spiritual knowledge) and we chose our incarnations here to learn something for our betterment.

Regards the guy from Merill Lynch, who made the trip across country possible for you and the cancer patient. Although he may represent all that you don't believe in, due to his kindness of spirit you were able to do domething good. I guess I am saying that if it helped him/patient then it was all good. Keeping ones mind open to what the Universe has to offer, despite his having different monetary values, made that possible... I also think that the only place where Love governs is on the other side, which is why we are here to learn to overcome "irritants" to the soul...
