who is capable of performing distant healing and how should the process be performed.
I have a friend, a delifull english rose, named Frances,languiasing in the Calcutta hospital as a result of a stroke while on a plane.
How would distant healing be perfomend by anybody to ensure that the healing energies would get to the right person or do we see a mass exedous from the hospital by many healed persons as the hospital was where the energies were directed to.

Namaste Lenny,
I'm sorry to hear about your friend Frances.
All that is needed to send distant healing is the permission of the recipient, their name and location.
A practitioner uses mindfulness and intent to focus the Reiki energy to the recipient, there is also a distant symbol which we can use. The need of the recipient draws the Reiki energy to them through the Reiki practioner, all that is needed is the intent to receive and the intent to send.
Hope this helps....is Frances able to give her permission?
Love,light and blessings
Helen.

Lenny,
/*\ Namaste :-}}
Has Frances given permission for distance healing by reiki practice?
:-}}
As for the energy getting there, most of those with training and practice in distance reiki can get the energy there - especially since you have provided a name an city to help.
