I'm in a rough time right now...trying to get my head together...trying to step out of this quicksand...can't get motivated...spend most of my day doing NOTHING...please, if you know of a Reiki book...or any book, for that matter...that might give me some ideas on how to overcome this, I would greatly appreciate it. I spent over 25 years in a deep depression, and I know this isn't THAT, but it feels like a depression of some sorts...I just wait for the time for me to go to bed, and I don't care much about anything anymore. Thank you in advance.

Hello,
The Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield.
And I understand walking is excellent for depression as well.
Hope you start to feel better soon.
Blessings.
