The Reiki Cafe 

Namaste All,

I will be taking level 3 this weekend & would appreciate your prayers & any words of wisdom. Ill admit to a hint of jitters every once in a while, hidden under the excitement...wondering if Im strong enough to handle the changes that I feel coming..there have been so many in the last year. I cant really explain this properly in a post, but I trust that you will understand. I feel so much closer to God thru Reiki & stepping into 3 feels like opening a gate into a garden...and I hope that I will be a flower or a tree & not a weed!!! BAGL.....

Congratulations....

You started this path only a year ago, huh. Well, you have done a lot since then! I have enjoyed watching your growth on this board. You are more than strong enough. Wish I could tell you only a little more to go...and then it is all done, but you would know I was lying. :o}

Well, maybe not a tree for a day or two, but most certainly a flower!

I can only tell you this is where the real journey begins!Level three is where it really started coming together for me, and I knew I had to persue. And the journey continues.....everyday I find new things, discover new ways of seeing things and it is so much easier to accept situations that are 'tricky'.

This weekend I was introduced to a woman who asked me what I do. I told her about my business, then said "and I also teach Reiki" She literally took two steps back and said, "I don't want to talk to you...I'm a Christian"!!!
I said "so am I".......I don't have the need to explain myself anymore, I have the confidence to smile and walk away. I always felt the need to explain myself before, and until Level three and four I did not understand that people will attack what they don't understand.

My best Reiki Hugs to you, Holobon((()))it IS a wonderful garden you are entering, and you will blend in with the Easter Lilies splendidly!!

Yes, it is enough to know that we are comfortable in Reiki, it is not necessary for anyone else to accept our belief. Although I still hope that one day those that I love will open to it. But in truth that is their issue, not mine & so I must leave it be.

P.S. I almost didnt post this morning, thinking that it was pretty self serving & selfish...but I dont see the need to hide my feelings, Ive done that for so long & it doesnt help. Just posting this message did a world of good because it let the truth out & the fear just went away. Accepting what "is" & handing it over to the greater consciousness to deal with just works.... I thank all of you for your kind words...I have come to think of this Cafe as more than just Reiki chat, you have taught me so much & shared so much, it is like a family. I have been so busy lately that I dont have much time to spend at the Cafe & I miss it dearly ( my Reiki fix)....its hard to believe that only 10 months ago I was afraid to post here..and thought there were some seriously deranged people here going on snipe hunts & down Coyote trails..

Understanding and connecting with the spirit comes with development and reiki is a major part of that connecting, the clensing and emotional stabilisation that the initiate goes through is a lot eisier than what our ancestors experiensied, we have enlightened associates who will listen to us and not call us silly or confine us to the nut house.
I recently experienced an occasion where I joined a que to have a short reiki session that was being offered at a demonstration show, I did not do this to test those who were givin theitr time and expertese but in the genuine desire to seek help for a blockage that I had, the person who was giving the healing placed her hands on my shoulders, paused for a moment, looked at me and asked why did I need this healing as I was a reiki master, I replied that I needed help to clear the blockage and I felt that I was guided to be anomious when seeking the help, to that person I extened all of my joy as she was able to identify the problem and gave me direction in healing.
Level 3 is an enomours responsibility and we must acknowledge and assist those who take that step, to you, take this step with confidence and do not hesiate to seek assistance when you have problems, the example that I quote only empherses the need to sometimes look outside the box for your answers.
While looking out side of the box please explore the fact that indigiounous peoples around the wold have for many generations been practicing reiki, not in those words as they are in particulrly japaneese words to describe access to Universial Life Force Energy.
So again to your journey the best of luck whatever your now receive you can never give away, your life has forever changed.
You are now selected to participate in the greatest changes that the world will ever see, maybe not in your life time in this 3rd dimention, just think of the many other dimentions that you will jouney to and see which will be beyond discription.
